Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the New Head of the State is supposed to become a Public Person that would unite the State
V. Lytvyn declared it giving the answers to the journalists´ questions in Kyiv on Monday.
"The President of Ukraine is supposed to become the Heart of the Power", - the Head of the Parliament announced.
V. Lytvyn is convinced that the President of Ukraine should be the nation arbiter "that is he is supposed to be supported by the whole nation, on the whole territories and at least is not supposed to recall anger."
"The President is supposed to provide the stable development and unity of Ukraine and corresponding motion of the state, he should be the factor that united the state, which knows and can predict the solution of the urgent problems", - V. Lytvyn deems.
"For us it may become obvious who corresponds to all these characteristics", - he concluded and added: "If there is a vision of the President of Ukraine as a person who acts beyond the legal circle abuse authority and worsen the conflict in the state, our crisis will become more complicated and we will have nether of the economic guarantees we have for today."
